MYSTERY TENNIS

PLAYER NOMINATION FORM

All players wishing to play the next season of Mystery Tennis are asked to complete this form

NOMINATIONS CLOSE - TUESDAY 25th FEBRUARY 2025

  • Juniors Div 3 or below are eligible to enter

  • Singles and Doubles competitions will be held separately

  • There will be 5 weeks guaranteed of minor rounds, starting on 27th February 2025, followed by 1 Grand Final.

  • Only top position on the ladder is visible throughout the season. 

  • Second position will be revealed on grand final night.

  • All players will play on the grand final night.

  • Competition will begin at 5.30pm.

  • If you don't have a partner, you can nominate anyway and we will try and find you a partner.

  • You will receive 1 point for each set won.

 

  • The cost is $15.00 per person for the 6 weeks, payable in full by the first night.​

I/we acknowledge that by signing this form I/we agree to abide by the constitutions, policies, procedures and decisions of the O’Halloran Hill Tennis Club Inc. and Tennis Australia.
I/we give permission for the publication/distribution of our mobile phone numbers (within the club).

I/we confirm that by nominating we are committing to pay $15.00 per person by 27th February 2025
