2026/2027 Summer Season - Senior Nomination Form
All players wishing to play in the 2026/2027 summer season are asked to complete this form

NOMINATIONS CLOSE - WEDNESDAY, 26TH AUGUST 2026

  • Start of Season:  10th October 2026

  • Last match before Christmas:  12th December 2026

  • Season recommences:  30th January 2027

  • Last Minor Round:  27th February 2027

  • Semi Final:  13th March 2027

  • Grand Final:  20th March 2027
     

  • No matches will be played on 6th March 2027
     

  • It is an expectation that players will be available for finals

Senior team practices may be arranged by each team.  If lights are required, additional charges will apply

​

Senior team players are rostered to assist at the club (including canteen) during matches and packing up at the end of the day.

​

Membership and competition fees must be paid IN FULL BY 31st October. Accounts will be issued after nomination.

Do you hold a concession card of any type? (ie, student, pension, any other Centrelink Concession Card)

** Please note that you may be asked to supply a copy of the concession card for proof of concession

Please note that if all options are ticked, it will be assumed that you give permission for your name and photo to be used on social media and the club website.

  • I acknowledge that by signing this form I agree to abide by the constitutions, policies, procedures and decisions of the O’Halloran Hill Tennis Club Inc. and Tennis Australia, and I agree to pay all associated fees with nominating, even if I pull out before the season begins.

  • I give permission for the publication/distribution of our mobile phone numbers (within the club).

  • I understand that I as a parent, I am responsible for the transport of my junior aged player to and from venues and for supervision at venues including practice sessions.

  • I confirm that the player nominated on this form will be available for selection for all finals matches.
