Players (but not Rellies) must either be financial members of the O’Halloran Hill Tennis Club or *playing in one of the paid competitions at OHTC at the time of the event. If a player is in a combined team with OHTC and another club, the combined club player (player from another club) may enter the doubles only and not the singles (seniors events only), unless the player plays one of the competitions run by OHTC, then they can also enter singles (seniors only). Players playing in one of the paid competitions at OHTC at the time of the event (not including Saturdays) are eligible to enter seniors singles or doubles events at the discretion of the committee. Players not playing in one of the paid competitions at OHTC at the time of the event, but have filled in for Saturday Competition for 3 weeks are eligible to enter the seniors doubles events, or at the discretion of the committee.

Junior players wishing to enter Seniors events MUST enter junior events first.

The Committee may at its discretion limit players to a maximum of 2 doubles events.

All junior matches (excluding green ball) including Consolation events will be one set with tie break at 6-all

All green ball matches including Consolation events will be first to 6 games (no tie break)

All senior matches in the main draw will be one 9 game set with a tie break at 8-all.

All senior consolation events will be one 6 game set with a tie break at 6-all.

Rellies doubles – All matches to be first to 6 games (no tie break) - Handicapping may vary for each match. Please note that there is no cost to enter Rellies doubles for either player

The combined junior (Green Ball and Div 6 Boys) and senior doubles will be one 6 game set (no tie break). Partners will be allocated for you, and will be worked out as even as possible. This will be a fun event where the seniors and juniors can enjoy teaming up together

The choose your own partners events will be one 6 game set, tie break at 6-all. Partners can be of same gender or mixed gender combinations. Partners can be someone that either plays in one of the paid competitions run by OHTC, or, someone that has filled in for at least 3 matches

Only Singles Open Events with players entering from Div 2 or above will qualify for the honour board

The Committee may at its discretion cancel events with insufficient entries or play events in “round robin” format if required.

If the tournament is not completed on March 8th because of inclement weather the event will be run on March 9th.

If the tournament is not completed by March 9th, then the event will be cancelled.
